Brief
An adaptive reuse individual 2.5 storey mid-span major project (500msq+30% services)
The students are given an existing abandoned building. The student will have to design the new community hub symbiotically with the existing structure (only minimal demolish is allowed)
My chosen dance was the Chinese traditional lion dancing, due to the site being quite dead and quiet, and lion dancing being a lively and communal dance. It serves it purpose towards the community.
